All services are virtual in nature and delivered digitally within the game Pokémon GO, which is owned by Niantic, Inc. Limfinity TCG is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Niantic, The Pokémon Company, or Nintendo.

By accessing or purchasing from our Website, you agree to comply with these Terms and any additional policies posted on our site, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Limfinity TCG reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on the Website and are effective immediately upon posting.

You agree to:

Certain services, such as Raid Completion and Hundo Catching, require limited access to your Pokémon GO account so our team can deliver the service.

You are responsible for ensuring your account credentials are accurate and for sharing them at your own discretion.

If you prefer not to share access to your main account, we can create a new Pokémon Trainer Club (PTC) account that will be temporarily linked to your existing account to perform the service. This option provides additional privacy and safety.

All accounts are handled securely and used solely for completing your requested service. Limfinity TCG will never modify, delete, or transfer any personal data, Pokemon, or items unrelated to your purchase.

Delivery time depends on the specific service:

• Raid Invites: typically fulfilled within minutes to a few hours.
• Trades, Raids, and Hundos: usually completed within 24 hours of payment confirmation, depending on availability and time zone.

Unexpected delays may occur due to game updates, Niantic server maintenance, or limited spawn rotations. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe, which supports PayPal, major credit and debit cards, and regional wallets depending on your location.

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and include any applicable fees unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• •The service cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability, rotation changes, or trainer capacity.
• •You request cancellation before the service begins.

Refunds are not available once a service has started, been partially completed, or fulfilled.

While most Limfinity TCG services (such as Trades, Raid Invites, and Hundos are fully compliant with Pokémon GO's official gameplay mechanics, some advanced services — including Raid Completion and Hundo Catching — may involve the use of controlled third-party tools to improve precision and efficiency.

We minimize all potential risks through secure handling and experienced trainers; however, by purchasing these services, you acknowledge that:

• •You accept this risk voluntarily.
• •Limfinity TCG is not responsible for any penalties applied by Niantic or third-party platform providers.

Limfinity TCG shall not be liable for:

• •Any direct or indirect losses arising from delays, in-game restrictions, or account actions taken by Niantic.
• •Any downtime, technical issues, or maintenance that prevent timely delivery.
• •Any user error (e.g., providing incorrect friend codes, account info, or Pokémon selection).

Our total liability shall never exceed the total price paid for the affected service.

We value your privacy.

All information shared with us — including account credentials, emails, or friend codes — is used exclusively for completing your order.

We never share or sell customer data to third parties.
